Prudence completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Miami and graduated Suma Cum Laude with her Masters in film and television production from The New York Institute of Technology. Since then she has cultivated Prudence Pictures Bi-Coastal Productions into a full service production company, including all formats from super 35 mm film to digital video, and all formats in between to meet the needs of her clients. Prudence wrote and directed several televison commercials that aired regionally and internationally. She wrote and directed a short film entitled “Bummy Stone.” The film was shot on super 35 mm and was accepted into the Tribeca short film festival and the International Fort Lauderdale Film Festival. South Florida being Prudence's home town is where she produced infomercials early in her career for Tara Productions that represented popular “As Seen on TV” products such as The AbRevolutionizer, Miracle Blade, Ultimate Chopper, Celebrity White, Body Burner and many more.
She resided in New York City for five years, completing her Masters as well as actively pursuing her acting carreer. Prudence was a series regular on the television show "I Wanna Be A Soapstar", season 2, that aired on the Soapnet for nine consecutive weeks. She finished the series as the first-runner up. Prudence then landed a role on “Guiding Light” as Hannah Salen, a meddlesome boutique owner. She then returned to stir up the pot on "I Wanna Be A Soapstar"' season 3, as a special guest. Prudence can also be heard as the animated voice of "Trixie" in the episodic- toy collection DVD “Speed Racer.” She has appeared in various independent films, including "Redemption" where she played opposite "Sopranos" Star- Al Sapienza. Prudence studied the Meisner technique in New York City under Nina Murano who was formally trained by the great Meisner himself. She has also studied Method Acting under Carolyn SeRine at the Minimalist School of Film Acting in South Florida. She recently studied at the Ivana Chubbuck Studio in Los Angeles.
